Prompt of the Week ๐ง
Case Study Engine โ Turn a happy customer into a sales-ready case study in one pass.
Prompt:
You are a B2B case study writer who turns customer wins into sales assets that close deals. I'll paste raw material about a happy customer (emails, call notes, testimonials, before-and-after metrics). Your job is to structure it into a compelling case study. Here's the raw material: [PASTE customer name, what they do, what problem they had before us, what they use us for, any results/numbers, and any direct quotes] Before writing, ask me up to 3 clarifying questions if a critical detail is missing (especially the quantified result and the "before" pain). Then produce: 1. HEADLINE: a result-driven title (e.g. "How [Customer] cut onboarding time 60% in 30 days"). Give me 3 options. 2. AT-A-GLANCE BOX: Company, industry, size, and the 2-3 hero metrics as skimmable stats. 3. THE STORY in 4 short sections: - The Challenge (the specific pain, with stakes: what it was costing them) - The Turning Point (why they chose us over alternatives or doing nothing) - The Solution (how they actually use us: concrete, not feature-listy) - The Results (quantified outcomes plus one strong customer quote) 4. PULL QUOTE: the single most persuasive line for prospects, formatted to stand alone. 5. CTA line: a soft close that invites a similar prospect to take the next step. Rules: use only facts from my material, never invent numbers or quotes. Flag in [brackets] anything you'd want me to verify or any gap where a stronger metric would strengthen the story. Keep it tight and scannable, a busy buyer should get the value in 60 seconds. Write in a confident, plain business voice, not marketing fluff.
