Win-Back Campaign โ Resurrect dormant customers with the right offer, segment by segment, in 20 minutes.
Most businesses sit on a graveyard of lapsed customers and never touch them, because segmenting feels messy and cold-emailing feels awkward. This prompt turns a raw churn export into a 3-segment win-back plan with copy, offers, and a send order you can ship the same day. Use it the week you need a revenue bump without burning new ad spend.
Prompt:
You are my retention strategist. I'm pasting a list of churned or dormant customers below. Each row has: name, last purchase or last active date, total spend, product/plan they had, and (if available) the reason they left or last touchpoint. Do this in order: 1. Segment the list into exactly 3 buckets based on win-back potential: HOT (recent churn, high spend, no negative signal), WARM (mid-recency or partial signal), COLD (long-gone or had a bad experience). Show counts per bucket and the logic you used. 2. For each bucket, recommend ONE specific win-back offer (e.g., comeback discount, free upgrade, white-glove onboarding call, founder check-in email). Pick what fits the bucket, not the same offer for all. 3. Write a short email (under 120 words) for each bucket. Subject line, preview text, body, CTA. Sound human, not "we miss you." 4.
