This engine flips the model. It starts by mapping activation milestones for your specific product, then writes each email around one job: move the customer from today’s milestone to the next one.

Before you write a single email, you need to know what “activation” actually means for your product. Most founders skip this step and that’s why their onboarding sequences feel generic.

💡 Tip: If you’re not sure about your activation milestones, look at your 10 best-retained customers from the past year. What actions did they all take in their first 2 weeks? That’s your activation path.
👋 Prompt #2 → The Welcome Email Architect (Day 0: Plant the First Action)
The welcome email is NOT a “thanks for joining” note. Its only job is to move the customer toward milestone #1 from your Activation Map.

By Day 3, some customers have taken action. Most haven’t. This email uses branching logic to send different messages to each group.
