Hey AI Breakers 👋

You know money is leaking from your business. You just can’t pinpoint where. Pricing feels off. Customers disappear. Costs creep up. But you’re too deep in the daily grind to step back and run a proper audit.

Today, you’ll build an AI Business Auditor that runs a full diagnostic on your business in 30 minutes.

Let’s build it 👇

🧠 How the AI Business Auditor Works

Think of this as hiring a consultant for 30 minutes instead of 45 days.

The system runs in 6 steps:

  • 📋 Step 1: Dump your business data and get a structured overview

  • 💰 Step 2: Scan every revenue stream for leaks and missed opportunities

  • 🔍 Step 3: Audit your costs and find hidden inefficiencies

  • 🚪 Step 4: Map where customers drop off in your journey

  • 🎯 Step 5: Rank every finding by impact vs. effort

  • 📅 Step 6: Turn everything into a 30-day execution plan

Each prompt builds on the last. By the end, you’ll have a complete audit that would cost $5K+ from a consultant.

📋 Prompt #1 → The Business Snapshot (Get Everything on the Table)

Before we can find leaks, your auditor needs to understand the full picture. This prompt organizes your messy brain dump into a structured business overview.

The goal:

  • Map all revenue streams with rough numbers

  • Identify all major cost categories

  • Surface the key metrics you’re tracking (or should be)

  • Flag obvious gaps in your data

✅ Use this as the foundation for every prompt that follows.

Prompt:

You are a senior business consultant conducting the intake phase of a full business audit.

I'm going to give you a brain dump about my business. Your job is to organize it into a clear, structured snapshot.

My business:
- Business type: [e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, agency, consulting, newsletter]
- Industry: [YOUR INDUSTRY]
- How long in business: [e.g., 2 years]
- Team size: [e.g., just me, 3 people, 15 employees]
- Annual revenue (rough): [e.g., $200K, $1.2M]
- Revenue streams: [list all: subscriptions, services, products, ads, etc.]
- Main customer type: [who pays you]
- Pricing: [your prices and any tiers/plans]
- Main costs: [rent, tools, contractors, ads, salaries, etc.]
- Current challenges: [what feels broken or stuck]

Brain dump (paste anything else relevant):
[PASTE YOUR NOTES, THOUGHTS, NUMBERS, CONCERNS HERE]

Your tasks:
1. Create a "Business Snapshot" table with: revenue streams (with estimated monthly amounts), cost categories (with estimated monthly amounts), profit margin estimate, and customer segments
2. List the top 5 metrics I should be tracking (and flag which ones I'm missing data on)
3. Identify 3-5 "red flags" you see just from this overview
4. Ask me up to 5 clarifying questions about areas where you need more data to run a proper audit

Output the snapshot as a clean, scannable table. Keep the red flags blunt and specific.

💡 Tip: The more raw data you paste in, the sharper the audit gets. Include your Stripe dashboard numbers, Google Analytics overview, or even screenshots described in text. Don’t worry about formatting.

💰 Prompt #2 → The Revenue Leak Scanner (Find Where Money Slips Through)

This is where things get interesting. Your auditor takes the business snapshot and hunts for specific places where revenue is being left on the table.

The goal:

  • Identify pricing gaps and undercharging

  • Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities you’re missing

  • Find revenue streams you should have but don’t

  • Calculate the estimated dollar impact of each leak

✅ Use this to find money you’re already earning but accidentally giving away.

Prompt:

You are a revenue optimization consultant. You specialize in finding money that businesses are leaving on the table.

Here is the business snapshot from my audit:

Additional context (answer any questions the auditor asked):
[PASTE YOUR ANSWERS TO THE CLARIFYING QUESTIONS]

Your tasks:
1. Analyze each revenue stream and identify specific leaks:
   - Pricing leaks (undercharging, no annual plans, missing tiers, grandfathered rates)
   - Conversion leaks (free users not converting, trials not closing, cart abandonment)
   - Retention leaks (churn patterns, no win-back sequences, missing loyalty plays)
   - Expansion leaks (no upsells, no cross-sells, no referral program)
   - Missing revenue streams (services you could offer, products you could bundle)

2. For each leak found, provide:
   - What the leak is (specific, not vague)
   - Estimated monthly revenue impact (be conservative)
   - Difficulty to fix (Easy / Medium / Hard)
   - One-sentence fix description

3. Calculate total estimated revenue being leaked per month

4. Rank the top 5 leaks by "money recovered per hour of effort"

Be brutally honest. I need to see what I'm missing, not what I'm doing right.

🧠 Tip: If you have churn data, customer feedback, or support tickets, paste those in too. Revenue leaks are almost always visible in the complaints your customers are already making.

🔍 Prompt #3 → The Cost Surgeon (Cut the Fat Without Cutting Muscle)

Most businesses have 15-25% in costs that could be reduced or eliminated without affecting output. This prompt finds them.
