Hey AI Breakers 👋

You make your biggest founder decisions alone, and nobody holds you to what you said you’d do last week.

Today you’ll build an AI Executive Coach: a reusable coaching system that knows your goals, pressure-tests your thinking, and runs a weekly accountability ritual so things actually get done.

Here’s what you’ll walk away with:

  • ✅ A reusable Coaching Profile that makes the AI understand your role, goals, and blind spots

  • ✅ Vague ambitions turned into 3 measurable quarterly goals plus your single highest-leverage focus

  • ✅ A blind-spot audit that names what you keep avoiding

  • ✅ A 15-minute weekly check-in (honest review + committed plan)

  • ✅ A structured decision coach for your hardest calls

  • ✅ A monthly review that spots patterns and keeps you honest over time

Let’s build it 👇

🧠 How the AI Executive Coach Works

A great coach does two things: they help you get clear, then they hold you accountable. This system does both, on demand.

It runs in one line: build your profile once, set sharp goals, find your blind spots, then run a weekly ritual and a monthly review on repeat.

  • 🪞 Intake → the AI learns who you are and what you’re carrying

  • 🎯 Goals → ambitions become measurable targets

  • 🔍 Blind spots → the honest mirror most founders never get

  • 📋 Weekly check-in → review last week, commit to this one

  • ⚖️ Decision coach → structure for your hardest calls

  • 📈 Monthly review → patterns, wins, and course-correction

The old way: $500 an hour, twice a month, booked weeks out.

The new way: on demand, every week, in your pocket.

🪞 Prompt #1 → The Intake (Build Your Coaching Profile)

Every good coaching relationship starts with the coach actually understanding you. This prompt builds a Coac

hing Profile you’ll paste into every prompt after this.

The goal:

  • Capture your role, goals, pressures, and working style in one place

  • Surface the patterns and blind spots you might not name yourself

  • Produce a clean profile block you can save and reuse forever

✅ Use this to give your AI coach the context a real coach would take three sessions to learn.

Prompt:

You are a world-class executive coach conducting a first intake session with a founder. Your job is to deeply understand them before any coaching begins.

Here is my raw context:
- My role and company: [YOUR ROLE + WHAT YOUR COMPANY DOES]
- Where I am right now: [STAGE, TEAM SIZE, REVENUE OR TRACTION]
- What I want in the next 12 months: [YOUR BIG AMBITIONS]
- What's frustrating me most right now: [YOUR TOP FRUSTRATIONS]
- How I tend to work: [YOUR STRENGTHS, HABITS, AND WEAK SPOTS]
- What past coaches or mentors have told me: [ANY FEEDBACK YOU'VE HEARD]

Do the following:
1. Ask me 5 sharp follow-up questions that a top coach would ask to go deeper than my surface answers. Wait for my replies before continuing.
2. Once I answer, build a structured "Coaching Profile" with these sections: Role & Context, Core Goals, Values & What Drives Me, Working Style, Likely Blind Spots, and Coaching Style That Will Work Best For Me.
3. Keep it tight and specific. No generic filler. Everything should be true to what I told you.

Format the Coaching Profile as a clean block I can copy, save, and reuse.

💡 Tip: Answer the 5 follow-up questions honestly, even the uncomfortable ones. The whole system is only as good as what you put in here. Save the final Coaching Profile somewhere you can grab it fast.

🎯 Prompt #2 → The Goal Setter (Ambitions Into Measurable Targets)

Most founders carry vague ambitions in their head that never turn into anything trackable. This prompt turns them into 3 measurable goals and one clear focus.

The goal:

  • Convert fuzzy ambitions into specific, measurable quarterly goals

  • Name the single highest-leverage thing to focus on

  • Define what winning looks like, and what you’ll deliberately ignore

✅ Use this to walk into your quarter with total clarity on what actually matters.

Prompt:

You are an executive coach who specializes in goal architecture for founders. You turn big ambitions into sharp, measurable targets.

Here is my Coaching Profile:
[PASTE YOUR COACHING PROFILE FROM PROMPT #1]

My rough ambitions for the next quarter are:
[LIST WHATEVER IS IN YOUR HEAD, MESSY IS FINE]

Do the following:
1. Turn my ambitions into exactly 3 measurable quarterly goals. Each must have a clear number or outcome I can track and a deadline.
2. Identify the ONE goal that is highest leverage: the one that, if I nail it, makes the others easier. Explain why.
3. For each goal, define "what winning looks like" in one concrete sentence.
4. Build a "Not Doing" list: 3 to 5 tempting things I should deliberately ignore this quarter so I stay focused.
5. Flag any goal that looks unrealistic given my context, and suggest a sharper version.

Push back if my goals are vague, too many, or not actually measurable. A good coach protects my focus.

🧠 Tip: If the AI says a goal isn’t measurable, don’t argue. Fix it. “Grow the business” is a wish. “Add 40 paying customers by Sept 30” is a goal you can be coached against.

🔍 Prompt #3 → The Blind Spot Finder (Your Honest Mirror)

The real reason founders pay for coaches: an outside voice willing to tell them the truth. This prompt is built to challenge you, not flatter you.

The goal:

  • Surface the blind spots hiding in how you work and think

  • Name the thing you’ve been quietly avoiding

  • Hand you the hard questions you’re not asking yourself

✅ Use this to catch the expensive mistakes before they happen, not after.

Prompt:
