5) Risks & Mitigations — 2–3 “Risk: X | Mitigation: Y” pairs.
6) Channels & Timeline — 3–5 GTM channels with dates/owners.
7) Success Metrics — 3–5 measurable targets with source of truth.
##Tone:
Pragmatic, specific, and founder-friendly. Write for busy stakeholders. No hype.

- 200 words max.
- Plain text only.
- Use active verbs and concrete numbers where possible.
- Avoid jargon, clichés, and weasel terms (“cutting-edge,” “revolutionary,” “seamless”).
- Prefer short sentences. No fluff. No internal acronyms without first mention.
