Hi everyone 👋 Luis & Rui here!
Having trouble creating ads that actually stop the scroll?
Or maybe you’ve spotted a competitor’s ad and thought, “I wish I could make something like that for my product.”
Today, we’ll show you exactly how to take what’s already working → the structure, design, and hook → and rebuild it around your brand using ChatGPT Images.
Fast, consistent, and on-brand.
Let’s dive in! 🚀
STEP 1: Find What Works & Grabs Attention
-
Explore the Meta Ad Library or use a tool like CreativeOS to gather inspiration.
-
Browse product reviews, social media, and Reddit threads to uncover real customer pain points.
-
Use AI to generate multiple hook ideas based on your audience insights.
-
Choose the ad format that fits best — testimonial, close-up, meme, before/after, etc.
-
Save the ads that grab your attention for reference.

STEP 2: Go to ChatGPT
Upload both the template and your product image to ChatGPT.
And use the following prompt:
“Reproduce this ad but use my product image attached and change the copy to [INSERT COPY] to promote [YOUR PRODUCT]”
Refine through conversation: adjust visuals or experiment with different copy ideas
STEP 3: Improve output using JSON code
You can refine the prompt even further by adding JSON parameters and attaching an image of your product for better context.
Reproduce this Ad but use product image attached, and change the copy of [BRAND NAME OF EXISTING AD] to match [BRAND NAME OF YOUR PRODUCT]. JSON of the product image attached: [INSERT JSON OF THE PRODUCT IMAGE HERE]

And Boom!!!
PS: You don’t have to use JSON code to get similar results – a well-written normal prompt works just fine.
Note: This example showcases ChatGPT’s image generation power and is not intended to infringe on any copyrights.
Here is the entire prompt used above:
Reproduce this Ad but use product image attached,and change the copy of “KYLIE COSMETICS KYLIE JENNER” to match “Freshly Cosmetics” and change the copy “SKIN TINT BLURRING ELIXIR” to “Azelaic Radiance Face Serum” JSON of the product image attached: { “product_name”: “Azelaic Radiance Face Treatment”, “brand”: “Freshly”, “packaging_type”: “Pump bottle”, “material”: “Frosted glass body with plastic pump dispenser”, “volume”: “50 ml”, “bottle”: { “shape”: “Cylindrical”, “label”: { “primary_color”: “Lavender purple”, “accent_color”: “White”, “text_color”: “White”, “logo”: { “symbol”: “Stylized ‘F’ with dot”, “style”: “Minimalist”, “color”: “White” }, “branding_orientation”: “Vertical text for ‘Freshly’”, “elements”: [ “Azelaic Radiance Face Treatment”, “Natural Origin 100%”, “50 ml” ] }, “cap”: { “type”: “Pump”, “color”: “Glossy black”, “material”: “Plastic” } }, “angle”: “Front-facing product shot”, “lighting”: “Bright and even”, “background”: { “type”: “Solid”, “color”: “White” }, “shadow”: “Soft and minimal, under the bottle” }
Legal & Ethical Note (important)
Use references as inspiration for structure and ideas, not for direct replication.
Avoid copying logos, brand marks, taglines, celebrity likenesses, or any distinctive design elements from the original.
When in doubt, adjust the composition, typography, color palette, and layout to ensure originality.

Wrap-Up & Next Steps
You now have a repeatable system to deconstruct what works and rebuild it around your product → without starting from scratch.
-
Pick 2–3 reference patterns
-
Generate 3 on-brand variations
-
Test quickly (2–5k impressions each)
-
Keep the winner, iterate on the rest
Now go create something scroll-stopping. 🚀
