Hey Everyone,
This is a massive project Iโve been working on this summer. We donโt just learn from topics, we learn from people.
Who Should I follow in AI?
I often get this question, โwho should I be following in AI”?โ As an emerging tech analyst, thereโs not a day that goes by that I donโt think about this question.
During the last three years or more, Iโve been following people across social media to follow the AI scoops and insights in so far as itโs actually possible/valuable to do this in real-time, or in my free time.
๐ค This took me dozens of hours of research. If you appreciate my deep dives and want access to more of them including summaries of AI reports, consider becoming a paid supporter.
๐ In partnership with Snyk๐
Thanks to companies that sponsor me that offer information and services aligned with my readers and their interests.
Live Hack: Exploiting AI-Generated Code [Hands-on session with expert support]
Join the Snyk team and dive into AI-assisted coding tools, specifically GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT, exposing their potential and inherent security risks. Gain actionable insights for mitigating and fixing AI-generated vulnerabilities!
Who are the real AI Insiders?
I want to data dump some of that watching-knowledge so my audience can benefit from it as well.
At the end of the day, social media isnโt the best source however experts, writers and professionals on the ground can still give tremendous information whether you are a:
Software engineer
AI enthusiast
Machine learning researcher
Academic
Educator
Founder or Co-founder
A retail investor, angel investor or venture capitalist
Or just anyone in the world interested in these things:
For a General AI Audience
I tried to make a solid list that would be the most valuable to a general audience, software engineers, and not necessarily experts but first and foremost the AI curious. This list will be valuable to the general AI enthusiast and those who want to keep up best with whatโs going on in AI.
I hope itโs valuable to someone. These include some of the best Newsletter creators, YouTubers, podcasters, AI tool curators, and writers around artificial intelligence and specifically new ways of understanding Generative AI.
Who is in the list? ๐ค
This list features both some of the best Newsletters on AI and people who make LinkedIn posts about AI papers, advances and breakthroughs. In todayโs article weโll be meeting the first 20, in a list of 150+.
๐ฌ Newsletter Writers
๐ฅ YouTubers
๐ Engineers
๐ฌ Researchers who write
โ๏ธTechnologists who are Creators
๐จ๐ปโ๐ซ AI Educators
๐ฅ AI Evangelists of various kinds ๐คฒ
๐ฎ Futurism writers and authors ๐๏ธ
This list features both some of the best Newsletters on AI and people who make LinkedIn posts about AI papers, advances and breakthroughs.
In my opinion, this intersection of Newsletter operators and LinkedIn professionals is some of the highest value signal to noise ratio in our learning about Generative AI. This list can save you a lot of time.
Top AI Newsletters and People to Follow June, 2024
In the ocean of AI content, where to start? Start with Newsletters, and the people who make them in a dedicated way.
This is not the comprehensive version of this list. Itโs a starter list, but for 2024, itโs a pretty damn good one. (You wonโt find anything else like this anywhere).
This post goes free for a few days on Saturday August 10th, 2024 at 7am EST. You can find snippets of the list on my AI Newsletters on LinkedIn AI Report. Subscribe to Artificial Intelligence Report (230k+)
The order of this list has no particular meaning, it is just for fun. Highly recommend to read this on the web (not in an Email inbox).
Bookmark this post if you think you might want to comb it again later. ๐ท๏ธ
Share this post, if you you think these people offer some value:
Restack this Post so these Newsletter Creators get More Readers
If you are a Substack Notes app user, ๐ restack this post it would mean a lot for the community. ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐ฆโ๐ฆ These writers and enthusiasts deserve to be ๐ seen and ๐ง read.
